is the ideal mixing system for every printer. A small sheet-fed shop
can achieve better consistency and prevent overuse and waste of fountain
solution. While, a large web shop may not want to make additional
large investments. Believe it or not, these blenders are supplying
five 8 Unit M-1000'S with no problem. The accuracy and reliability
are often better than in systems which cost 2 to 3 times as much,
and these Dosatron pumps can run for years with little to no attention. |

| Operating
Principle: |
| Installed
directly onto the water supply lines, these injectors operate without
electricity, using the flow of water as the power source. The water
activates the injector, which takes up the precise dose of concentrate
directly from the solution container. The concentrate is then mixed
with the water and forced downstream. The amount of concentrate is
always directly proportional to the volume of water that enters the
injector, regardless of variations in flow or water pressure in the
main line. |
